Return Policy

At EZ Shop Marketplace, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return policy below:

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the initial order date.

  • All returns require a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain an RMA, contact us at 1-307-230-0826 or email office@ezshopco.com.

Return Process

  1. Clearly write the RMA number on the package to ensure proper processing.

  2. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all original hardware, instructions, and accessories included.

  3. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Electrical components that have been installed are not eligible for a refund.

  • Special orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

Incorrect or Defective Items

  • If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately with your invoice, merchandise, and packaging on hand.

  • If it is determined to be our error, we will exchange the item at no additional charge.

Refund and Inspection Policy

  • Once your return is received, we will inspect the item and issue a refund or replacement as applicable:

    • If the product is found to be defective or the return is due to our error, you will receive a full refund including all shipping charges.

    • For non-defective items returned unopened within 30 days, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise minus the original shipping charge and actual return shipping fees.

    • Opened items or items showing signs of wear may qualify for a partial refund and will incur charges for both original and return shipping fees.

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery may not qualify for refunds.

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are typically processed within one week of receiving your return at our warehouse. This includes time for return shipping, inspection, and bank or credit card processing.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original form of payment. You will receive an email confirmation with the refund details.

Return Shipping Guidelines

  • All returns must be sent freight pre-paid; collect shipments will not be accepted.

  • We recommend insuring the returned item for its full value to protect against loss or damage during transit.

  • Proper packaging is essential to avoid damage:

    • Wrap parts securely in paper or other protective material.

    • Place them in a sturdy box and seal it with tape.

    • Items scratched or damaged due to inadequate packaging will not be accepted.

Additional Notes

  • Defective items, items damaged upon receipt, and incorrect items may be returned without penalty, and shipping charges will be waived.
