Return Eligibility

We accept returns for most items within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in its original condition
  • Be unused and uninstalled
  • Include all original packaging, accessories, and hardware (if applicable)
  • Not show signs of damage, misuse, or modification

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


How to Request a Return

Before returning any item, you must contact our customer support team to obtain return instructions.

  • Reason for the return
  • Photos of the item (if the item is damaged, incorrect, or defective)

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions, including the appropriate return address.

Please do not send any item back without first contacting us, as unauthorized returns may experience delays or be refused.


Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product), customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking and insurance, as we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return transit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

We will review the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution. If the issue resulted from our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.


Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing times vary depending on your payment provider but generally take 5–10 business days after approval.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Electrical or electronic components that have been installed
  • Items that have been modified or damaged after delivery
  • Clearance or final sale items (unless defective)
  • Special-order or custom-order items
  • Gift cards (if applicable)

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

If your order has already shipped, it will be treated as a standard return under this policy.


Lost or Refused Shipments

If a shipment is refused or returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
